In her mentoring and coaching work with organizations, business leaders, and students (both local and international), her goal is that each one reach their highest potential, and reach goals efficiently and effectively while enjoying the process along the way.


Sonja is an ACC-ICF certified coach, having completed the NeuroLeadership Group’s Results Coaching Training. This scientific, solution-based coaching model is focused on how to help the brain have insights, and then turn those insights into clear plans to produce the desired outcomes. Sonja has also completed mindfulness coaching training, a wonderful complement to the Results Coaching brain-based model.

How long is the coaching process?

An average coaching commitment is 12 sessions over a 12-16 week period and may include assignments and practices.


What happens between coaching sessions? 

You work on your assignments and practices. Sonja supports you to remain on track, answers your questions and ensure you are moving forward with your coaching program. It is amazing what having a coach for accountability can produce towards desired change.
